Peptide order processing automation from paid order to delivered vial

For peptide sellers whose packers and owners still eyeball every order before it ships. Each Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce order is screened, assigned to a lot with a lab report on file, packed with the matching COA and handed to ShipStation with the right service, while staff decide on anything held.

  • Suspect orders held before a label exists
  • No lot ships without a matching COA
  • Temperature-sensitive SKUs routed to cold packs

Where orders get stuck or go wrong

Friendly fraud ships and comes back as a dispute

A new customer, a big cart, a reshipper address and a billing ZIP that doesn't match. Without a hold step, it goes out the door and returns 60 days later as a chargeback that counts against your ratio.

Lot 2409-B has no certificate

A new batch arrives and is put on the shelf before the lab's HPLC and mass spec report comes back. Orders pull from it anyway, and the slip links to last month's COA.

A Friday order sits in a hot truck

Temperature-sensitive items booked on ground service before a weekend, or shipped without cold packs in summer, generate reships and refund requests the team didn't need.

What the order automation does

One flow from the store's paid-order event to the delivery scan, with a person deciding on every held order and every refund.

Rule-based order holds

Address mismatch, known freight forwarders, velocity on one card, prior disputes, Shopify's fraud analysis risk level or your fraud tool's score. Held orders get a reason a person can read.

Attestation check

Orders missing the age or research-use checkbox your checkout requires are held instead of packed, and the ticked attestation is stored on the order.

Lot allocation with COA gate

Items are allocated first-expiring-first or by your rule, only from lots whose COA lot number, purity result and test date are on file.

Packing slips per lot

Each slip prints the lot number and a link to that lot's certificate, so the paperwork in the box matches the vial.

Cold-pack and weekend routing

Temperature-sensitive SKUs get cold-pack instructions and an expedited ShipStation service, and late-week orders can be held to ship Monday by your rule.

Lot-level stock and recall lists

Stock is counted by lot, and if a batch is ever questioned you get a list of every order and customer who received it in minutes.

Connects to your store and shipping tools

Shopify

Orders, risk assessments, fulfillments and metafields for lot numbers through Shopify's Admin API.

WooCommerce and BigCommerce

Orders, order notes and stock through each platform's REST API.

ShipStation

Orders, carrier services, labels and tracking events through ShipStation's API.

Lab report storage

COA PDFs read from your drive or lab portal export and indexed by lot number.

Certificate requests in the inbox

The same lot data answers 'can I get the COA for my order' tickets.

The dispute evidence agent

Holds and attestations feed the chargeback response packet.

Controls that sit inside every order

A person releases every hold

The system explains why an order looks risky. Your staff decide whether it ships, gets verified or is refunded, and nothing is cancelled on its own.

Traceability a recall would need

Lot, COA version, packer and ship date are written to the order, so a batch question becomes a filtered list instead of a week of searching.

Fraud screening without disguise

We reduce bad orders the honest way: better holds and better evidence. We will not alter descriptors, product names or anything meant to hide what you sell from a processor.

Rules updated as your catalog changes

New SKUs, new labs and new carriers get added to the rules during monthly reviews, in code and accounts that stay with your company.

Common questions

What is peptide order processing automation?

A system that screens each paid order against your hold rules, checks the buyer's attestation, allocates stock from a lot with a matching COA, prints the slip with that lot's certificate link and books the right shipping service.

Will it reduce our chargeback ratio?

Holding suspect orders before they ship usually prevents some disputes, and complete evidence helps you answer the rest. We can't promise a ratio or an outcome with your acquirer.

Can it refund or cancel orders without us?

No. Held orders wait for a person, and any refund, cancellation or money movement needs staff approval.

What happens when a lot's COA doesn't match the lot number?

That lot is blocked from allocation and someone on your team gets a flag with both numbers side by side. Orders draw from the next eligible lot or wait.

We split stock between our warehouse and a 3PL. Does that work?

Yes, if the 3PL can share lot-level stock by API or a scheduled file. Allocation then respects which location actually holds each lot.

Do you handle the attestation checkbox at checkout?

Your store theme or checkout app captures it. We read it, store it with the order and hold any order where it is missing. What the attestation says is your counsel's decision.

  1. Trace 60 days of shipped orders and disputes

We line up which orders became chargebacks or reships and what they had in common, then draft hold rules from that pattern.

  2. Clean up the lot and COA register

Every lot on the shelf gets its lab PDF attached and checked. Lots without a report are marked not for sale before anything automates.

  3. Hold and allocate in suggest mode

The system proposes holds and lot picks while your packers keep working normally. You compare its calls against theirs for two to three weeks.

  4. Switch on slips, labels and monthly tuning

Once the calls match, slips, ShipStation labels and tracking emails follow automatically. We review holds and false alarms with you each month.
